I haven't lost a single lb. and haven't lost any inches. WHAT THE FREAKIN' CRAP... I am getting so peeved. I have been working out almost everyday. I didn't work out Sat. or Sunday. But what the freak I am getting so mad, I mean what do I need to do to lose weight. I have even been really trying to watch what I eat. I seriously give up. I mean I have been exercising for an hour to two hours, why won't these inches and lbs. just start coming off. I went from being a couch potatoe to working out and have been trying so hard. I am just getting sooooo frustrated. UGH...

You can do it! Have you ever heard of Tosca Reno? She was a single mom who was getting heavier and heavier (probably due to stress, etc) and she wrote the Eat Clean Diet. It's her journey to health, and now she is the main cover model for Oxygen magazine at the age of 50! She is really inspiring. Kelly, DON'T get discouraged, you must remember that this TAKES TIME! Slow and steady--steady meaning that you MUST remain consistent and NOT stop with healthy eating habits and exercising. Just remember to Live the WOW--just be strong and resist temptation to eat crap, and continue to work out. It will happen! Good luck darling!
It's normal to kind of plateau, and even gain wait in the beginning. Just keep at it! You'll see results soon enough. You are amazing and I admire your dedication to your goals. That's something I'm lacking and need to work on. I love you!
Don't worry Kells in the beginning your body goes in to preservation mode but it only lasts a few weeks, keep up the good work darlin! A lot of times you won't lose anything for awhile then all of the sudden you will lose a ton, its almost like our bodies say "wait don't leave me" then out of the blue it says "goodbye" LOL. Okay that sounded so much better in my head haha!
