Well, over the past few weeks, i have had quite a lot of funny things happen to me. For instance I had a pair of brown shoes that I bought right after Christmas, bought with some Christmas money. They were from Payless and my friend Krista bought them around the same time. They were cute, brown and were leather. Now they are no longer to be worn. I have not seen them since the middle of January. I came home and since they were all covered in snow, I took them off and put them on the mat by our front door. I cannot find them anywhere. My parents are swearing they do not know where they are at. The last place that my dad and I recall seeing them is on the mat at our front door. Maybe they will show up someday but now I have to buy another pair of shoes, because I am always wearing the same black and white one's that I got at Park City. Ha ha. But everyone at my works loves my black and white shoes and everyone comments on them. They just aren't the most comfortable. LOL.
Another Kelly Funny Moment. My parents gave me this cute plastic beautiful little white camera it was a 12 megapixel camera. Well one day a few weeks ago I wanted to take some pictures with my sister Wendy, because I love taking pictures with her. We didn't get a chance to take pictures and me being kinda not so smart, I took my camera there in a plastic sack, and I had put it in the pouch that I got with it. And then I brought it home. OH about a week ago I was cleaning my room, because i was starting to have little paths that I was making around my room ha ha, and so I decided to clean up everything. Well I got my plastic sack that the camera was in, and there was this huge hole in the bottom of the sack. NOT GOOD. The Camera that I got for Christmas was no longer in the plastic sack. The little pouch that the camera goes into was in there, but there was no Camera in sight. Well, I really really don't want to have to tell my parents that I lost the camera that they gave me for Christmas. I searched the web for a day, I went to overstock.com because that is where they got my camera from, must have been only a few of them on that sight. They no longer carried my camera. I went to Amazon.com, and then finally ebay.com. There finally was my camera. I have no money so my friend Hilary said that she would pay for it and that I will pay her back when I get paid. Thank goodness for a great friend. And thank goodness that no one else purchased it. I had to watch it for four days and then I watched it until the time was up on our bid. Ha ha. So it is on its way to Hilarys. The funny thing is, is a week ago there was a butt load of snow that was dumped and the boys in my parents ward came and shoveled off our roof. Well, Dad said Kelly go get your Camera and take pictures of the snow. Off the top of my head, I said I can't my batteries are dead. Which is true, there was no lie involved in that statement. Where ever that camera is, there is a pair of dead batteries sitting in my camera "Somewhere." I just don't know where. I searched my car, I searched my drive way, I searched my whole house. No camera in sight. Thankfully the people were selling their's on ebay.com or I would have to tell my folks. That would be NOT GOOD.
Finally, Just a quick note about Valentine's Day which I technically call (Single Awareness Day!!!) I did have some cute things happen on Valentine's Day from my kids at the Elementary School. Well first off I got a sack of Valentine's candies and cards from Mrs. Edwards class, it was funny cuz I was listening to my walkman and I didn't hear this kid from her class approach me. And I looked up and this kid scared me half to death while i was cleaning windows. The whole class was heading somewhere and the kiddo handed me the paper sack with my name on it. So nice. And I turned around and I said THANK YOU to the whole class and said that that was so sweet to even think of me. Because I didn't expect anything. Then, a little while later I was cleaning bathrooms and I came out of a bathroom and Mrs. Hayes said that she had been looking for me, and wanted me to follow her to her classroom. I get to her doorway and she says, Alright just one moment Kelly they aren't quite ready yet. Then She says Everyone I hope you know Kelly and all the great work that she does in cleaning our classroom and school. And I entered the room and three or four girls had made me the cutest box and all the kiddos in her class had put in cards and treats. I was totally shocked that they would do something so nice for me. My friend Krista's son Neil is in her class, and he says, Yeah and she's my mom's best friend. Ah so nice. I thanked them all for the gift on V day. And then I went back to the Custodian closet. When I got back to my closet, there was a boy that came around the door and he said, Hi Kelly I didn't give you my Valentine yet, ha ha. SO CUTE. I can tell that he has this little kid crush on me, because he's followed me around and turned really red before on me. HA HA HA. And his little card was so cute, It was a Transformers Card that said something like I choose you for my Valentine. I was rolling with laughter. It was so thoughtful and it totally made my day.
